L1 Visa elgibility

Hi All,

I have worked for a company XYZ from 2008 to 2010, from 2010 to till date I am working for ABC company. Now if I join back the company XYZ will I be eligible for L1 visa ?

As I read in some forums that I should have worked for 1 continuous year in last 3 years.

As of my understanding, you should be employed for 1 year in the last 3 years of employment outside USA with the visa sponsoring company.
