L1 petition expiry

hi,

Our blanket petition expires in 5 months time. I am also given visa and I-94 till that time. Can I go to Canada for L1 on new petition or should I go back to India for another round of interview? What is the best possibilities to stay in US and get visa/I-94 extended?

You can ask your employer to file an extension of stay (I-129) for you, by which you will get a new i-94 with new expiry dates. You need to get the visa stamped only when you go out of US and come back.
