Delay in EAd L2

Hi Everyone,
I applied for Ead(L2) online on APR03 2011 and i am done with biometrics.
After that i don't see any change in my case status(It is showing initial review).I called USCIS (NSC) to enquire about my case status.Already it's been 90 days so they asked me to write a mail to [email protected],i did the same.
Its been a week, i didn't receive any reply from them.Is there any other way to speed up my case.

Please let me know your thoughts. I really appriciate your feedback on this.

Where did you apply for your EAD ?

I applied it online to nebraska service center and i sent few documents.

I am also in the similar boat...applied on Apr 18th and still waiting for EAD approval...I already got my FP done like 2 months back but nothing happened ever since...
