Hi,

I have L1B visa valid till may 2012, last time when i came after vacation they gave I94 till 2014 Apr.

My question is if i want to stay in USA after my Visa expired will this I94 help OR i need to file new extention for my stay.

Hi Bala,

You can stay in US until the last day of your current I-94, you no need to apply for any extension as long as your I-94 is valid.

Hi Bala,

If you came back India and want to go after may 2012 then it is not possible as your visa should be valid on travel date.
