Hi,
I am currently working on L1B Visa since July 2009 which is expiring on Sept 1, 2011. My employer is ready to renew (1st time renewal) it but now i am looking to change my job and find another job. My questions are:
>> If i continue with my current employer, is visa renewal process seamless and what are the chances of rejection?
>> If i leave the current job, then by what date i will be able to stay here and search job with a H1 sponsorship from other employer.
>> If i continue my current job till the time i get another job, is there any notice or something i need to give USCIS or my current Employer?
I may have many other questions which will be based on answers for my above questions.
I hope, i am not sounding complicated and will get replies from this great knowledgeable forum.
