L2 visa tuition fee

Hi,

I am on a L2 visa since January 2011. I am interested in pursuing a Masters degree as a full time student. Am I eligible to pay the in-state tuition fees? Also, if I enroll as a student on L2 visa, does my visa status change to student visa (F status)?

Status change is not automatic.
Whether you qualify for in-state rate or not depends upon your state's and your university's requirements. Check with them.
