    L1 to H1 Change of Status

    Hi,

    I am on L1A Blanket along with my family in USA. I am working for Company A.

    If I find an employer who can sponser me a H1 how long it will take to get the Visa typically?

    In case I resign from Company A due to any issue, before I get my H1B in Oct 1 how many days maximum can I stay in USA after resignation?

    I really appreciate any advise / help you can provide.
