L2 Dependent Documents

My Wife will be travelling on L-1 work permit and I am planning to apply for L2 dependent visa. I am a working software professional, do I need any additional documents other than what has mentioned under https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/l1/l2docs.html?

We don't have marrriage certificate but do have marriage affidavit document along with Wedding invitation card + Wedding photo album.

Besides my wife has travelled has my dependent in past. Does marriage certificate required now for L2?

Also is it better if we go for stamping separately considering current rejections of L1?

Some proof of marriage is good and spouse should be able to confidently answer any questions about the marriage. Most probably not a single document will be asked.
