My husband has L1B visa and it was issued on may end 2007. He renewed it once and it expires on coming april 2012.
He travelled to US only on oct 2007 and has travelled multiple times to India in between which in all total comes to 7-8 months.
He has not applied for H1B yet.
So can he get an second extension for L1B or he has to apply for H1B to work after april 2012.
Please help.
