Help needed on L1 visa extension
I came to US on blanket petition approval thru my employer in Nov 2007 and my 3 years visa was expiring in nov 2010. As I was not in a position to go back to India for visa extension, I did a I94 extension which was approved and is valid till Nov 2012. So though my Visa had expired, due to my I94 extension, I have an approved petition which is valid till November 2012
Now that as I am in a position to travel to India, I am planning to go to India on vacation and also complete my visa stamping there. As part of the documentation, I need to update the Ds160 form with the approved petition number. I have 2 approved petitions, One is the blanket petition which does not have an end date and the other is the one which I got as a result of my I94 extension and is valid till November 2012.
My question is, which petition number should I use to update the DS160 form. The initial blanket petition which I used to come to US or the latest one which I got after the I94 extension? Please help me in deciding on this, so that I can get my visa extended for 3 more years.
