L1B Extension- Denied - New L1A Petition

Hi Immi Experts,

My L1B extension is in process and the status is showing as "Initial Review", can someone please let me know what if we get any RFE or Denied decision. In case if the extension is denied, is it possible to go back to India immediately and start a new L1A Blanket Petition and go for stamping or we have to wait for some specific period of time in case of denial.

Please suggest.

There is no specific waiting period. You will need to leave the US before your I-94 date.

I understood that we have to leave USA immediately, but what are the chances of applying a fresh L1A Blanket petition from India and go for stamping. In case of extension denial do we need to wait 6months etc to apply for a fresh petition, or can we apply immediately after we fly back to India.
