Urgent - Card and notices undeliverable
Hi,
I came to USA on L1-B and stayed in Address A for 6 months.
I moved to Address B before 10 day my wife and son arrival here. But, I asked my wife and son to use Address A when they applied for L2 Visa in India. The address in I-94 also is A.
I didn't notify USCIS about my change of address. Becuase, I was not aware of that notification.
After one month my wife applied for EAD and we used Address B in I-765 application. She got the Receipt notice and Biometric Notice to Address B. after few days the case was approved and the status was card mailed. But, we haven't received the Card and after 15 days, the status was card undeliverable by post office.
My wife called to USCIS and notified the Address B again. After few days the status was changed to card mailed. Again same thing was heppened didn't get the card. Again we called and notified Address B again. Again same thing was happened.
Later we called them and we heard that we need to reapply to get the Card. Then I left that for 2 years and in the mean time my wife and son went to India.
I was staying in Address A when my wife and son in India for few months.
After few months, before my wife and son came back to US I moved to Address C. My wife and son used Address A in I-94 Card. I didn't notify USCIS about my change of Address C. Because, I wasn't aware of that.
After one half year, my wife reapplied to get the approved Card in previous application and used Address C in the Application.
We have recieved Reciept Notice, Finger print Notice and RFE Notices to Address C only. After send response for RFE, the case was denied and they told that the denial notice was mailed and they asked to call after 15 days if we don't receive it. We were waiting for that denial notice for the other options and finally we didn't recieved it.
After 11 days the status was changed to
"On xxxxxxx xx, 20xx, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent."
Now, I call USCIS and update the Address C again I will not get the notice surely.
Is this all messup because I didn't notify about my new address to USCIS?
Can I notify USCIS about our address C now? If I do that, will they ask why I put new address in application while applying?
Please suggest.
