    Husband Ap. for L1A and kids L2, BUT I HAVE THE GC

    My husband is applying for L1A and children for L2, but I have a LPR(Green Card) and in theory I live in USA. Would that be a problem for them??? Is this an strange situation?? what should he say or explain??

    L Visa allows immigrant intent and hence no problem even if you have filed immigrant petition for them. Your own status also will not matter.

      The visa was approved

      The visa was approved with no problems, the were surprise, but they said the papers were ok...
