  • Rejoin company and then apply for L2, any issues??

I'm going to re-join company A in Sept 2011. I've a valid visa from them (expires March 17th, 2012). I'm expected to travel as sson as I join them (I'm clear that there wont be anny issues with that, same visa can be reused).
I'm married now and wish to travel with my wife after we get her L2 visa stammped. Doubts i've have are:

    1. Since I wont have any Salary slips to produce for Company A (as I'd be flying as soon as I join), can the emabbasy put my wifes L2 on Admin processing or 221g etc? I'll have salary slips of my previous employer although

    2. If she gets a l2 visa and we travel to the US, most likely we'll get an I-94 valid for 3 more years (assumption). So considering this assumption, can she work after the visa expires in March 2011. I think it'll depend on EAD expiration date, pls confirm?

You only need paystubs for the period you are in the US and not otherwise.

Yes, she can only work as long as she has a valid EAD. Visa is a travel document and has nothing to do with duration of permitted stay or work.
    See above.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
