L2 visa fees & document clarification

Hi,

I would like to know what are the visa fees if i & my minor child is applying for L2 type visa.
I have gone through the site , however total fee structure is not clear to me .
To the best of my knowledge , I am required to pay fee of 150 $ plus Rs 374/-.
Please clarify if i am required to pay any additional fee apart from below mentioned for L2 visas & fees for my minor child is same as mine.

Temporary Employment: L1/L2 $150
VFS Service Charge: Applies to all Nonimmigrant visa applications Rs.374

Also, if my husband is already in usa on L1 visa & i am applying later, will consulate accept copies of I- 129 or I 797,employment verification letter & other L1 documents as he is carrying all the originals with him .

I have gone thru the site & am getting all mixed answers & am totally confused.

Please help to clarify.
