In USA on L1-B with valid i-94 can i plan vacation for Europe

I am on L1 B visa with I-94 valid for next two years.

I am thinking for a short vacation to Amsterdam.

Is it possible to do that while on L1 and if yes do i need to go through a differen visa
for Amsterdam.

Also it would be 10 day vacation so do i need to submit my i-94

You need a visa to enter Amsterdam. Your L1 visa is only for entering U.S.
Yes, you need to return your I-94 at the airport when you leave the country. On your return, you will get a new I-94 at the POE.
