My wife US L2 visa interview is next week.She is currently working in MNC.pls inform me that do I have to take any noc or any other supporting doc from her employer.

Hi,

I got rejected B1 3 months back . My husband got L1 Visa in this month. can i apply for L2 visa? or shall i wait for some time. and also please let me know shall i take noc from my company.

B2 denial for immigrant intent will not affect L2 application. NOC is not required.
