EAD Question - Urgent

Hi,

I applied for L2 EAD on May xx, 2008. It was approved and undeliverable by Post Office then it was destroyed and status changed to reapply to get the approved card.

We have reapplied for EAD on March xx, 2011 to get the above approved card. The application was denied and they mentioned the reason as follows.

"The USCIS records indicates your prior employment authorization document was valid from Sep, xx 2008 to May, xx 2010. Because these dates have passed we are unable to issue a replacement. Therefore, your application for EAD is denied."

I need to apply for EAD again now. There was a section in EAD application about prior applications. Do I need to mention about this situation for that question?

If ones EAD expires, Can't we apply to get new EAD again? Can we apply for EAD after expires previous EAD. Please help me, its Urgent.

Mention previous applications, there is no harm there. This time correctly apply in new issue category or renewal category not replacement category.

I need to know the following things.

1. Can we apply for EAD as Renewal or New if existed EAD expired already? If I select the Renewal option then I need to produce the previous documents which I don't have.

2. In my first post there are Aproved application and denied application. If I apply again for EAD, for question 11 as mentioned below in the application, Do I need to mentioned Approved or Denied?
