L2 for my spouse

Hi,

My employer will be processing L1B for me. Since L1B processing is new for my company, they do not support processing L2 for my spouse.

I want to take my wife with me. Can I process L2 for my wife on my own?

I hope you are currently outside U.S. If yes, then there is no special processing for L2. When your L1 petition gets approved, you can book both the L1 and L2 visa interviews together based on your L1 petition and attend the visa interview. If approved, you both can travel together to U.S.
