Urgent Help on L2 !!
Hi,
I am scheduled for a L2 interview at New delhi consulate next week. I am presently working with a well known MNC as a manager, and will leave my job only after my visa gets approved. Will it work as a hindrance in my interview that i am still working?
If i plan to work in US with an EAD does that work negatively for a candidate?
