L1 rejection

Hi experts,

I had applied for L1 visa one year back and it got rejected stating that L1 B canot be provided to me as i don't have specialized skill. My company is planning to apply L1 visa again for me. What is the chance of rejection in my case.

unless something has drastically changed; like a lot of trainings / certifications or you have started work on a proprietary tool or product, your case is not stronger and could face the same result. A better idea would be H1...though of course, someone else will review your papers so they might judge you differently...
