Hi,
My company is now applying a L1 visa for me. I still work for the french company at the moment.
Can I go to the US now with my family to prepare our venue is case the Visa is accepted?
We plan to go there using the VWP, and of course, we will go back to France in any case: to get the interview, or to stay in France if the visa has been rejected.
