Hi

My L1-b Blanket was ' not clearly approved'few months back
Went through with L1b Individual petition through USCIS in premium processing mode

2 questions and would be really helpful if someone can help

1) What are the chances of rejection now, recent stats if any
2) Which would be a better consulate( for sure am not going to delhi again)

I am assuming in the individual they would have asked details such as job duties, %age time spent on them; whether they need specialized knowledge or not, trainings, certifications, how long does it take to gather the special skill you have etc etc - if you have filled these diligently enough and applied enough thought & common sense; your petition should come through

regarding the interview - if you have an individual petition approved you should not face any problems in the interview since your case has been reviewed already - am sure the VO must have asked you to apply for individual when rejecting the blanket
