EAD Expiry date and VISA Expiry Date

Hi,
i am on L2 and i got my EAD on April 2011 with valid date 2013 .

currently my visa is expired on july 2011 and now my husband L1 visa field for extension and its still "Intial Review " status.

Now my question is : is it valid for me to apply jobs with my EAD? on my EAD card expiry date showing as 2013 ? after my husband extension do i need to apply for EAD extension?

Please advise me on the Same.

Visa in your passport does not matter.
Date on I-94 matters. If both your I-94's extends up to 2013, you can stay and work in the US as per EAD.
