L2 application in my name on visa under wifes maiden name
hi,
I am applying for L2 visa as wife has got long term project in us.
While Filling DS-160 though there is field where you need to fill info of primary applicant.
My wife's L1B is in her maiden name and surname. But 3 months back when she went she went on her new passport, as her previous passport expired. New passport is in the name and surname after marriage.
What name and details do i fill in the DS-160 for the primary applicant?
Help needed urgent.
