Hi,
I am on L2 Visa. My husband is on L1A second extension.
I need to travel to india with our baby, while husband will be in USA. My Questions

1. Can I travel to India with my baby having USA passport and PIO card?
2. What do I need to do in order to come back to USA? Our Consulate is Chennai.

Get a letter from your husband that he has no objection with you carrying the baby.
2. What do I need to do in order to come back to USA? Our Consulate is Chennai.
If your Visa has expired, get a Visa. Carry husband's latest petition approval notice copy.
