    Dependent I-94 extension process

    Hi All,

    I am holding a L1B visa with validity till May 2012. I came to US on June 2011 this is my second travel to US using my L1B. Now I have I-94 validity till June 2014. My wife also has L2 dependent VISA with validity till May 2012 same as mine and she would be coming to US on this month. Now my query is

    What should be the process to extend my wife I-94 if she gets I-94 validity till VISA expiration date i.e May 2012? I have my I-94 validity till June 2014.

    Hoping quick replies. Thanks in advance.

    She will need to file I-539 before her I-94 expires.

      Thank You.I-539 needed to be filed by my employer or i can file it on my own?
