Hi,
I am currently working on L-1A also got H-1B approve from Oct,1st, 2011.
But wanted to continue on L-1, i will be doing leap frog, (going to india before Oct,1st and coming back after oct, 1st. )
My question is, when i come back to US on my OLD L-1B visa, does the officer at POI will create any problem coz i had H-1B COS earlier ?
Please suggest...urgent...
