L1 Extension

I am currently going for L1 A Blanquet extension as my VISA and I-94 are expiring on March 2012. Where as my spouse and daughter I-94 was expiring on 2014.

Do I need to file extension for all of us. Or I can file the extension only?.

And also, I need to apply EAD for her as well?

Your employer needs to file your extension before your I-94 expires. Your dependents need not file right away. Your wife can apply for her EAD at any time.
