L1A visa change of location

Hi,

I have a query around L1A visa and Port of entry.

If a L1A visa is applied for a specific project A in a specific state (like NY) and city, in that case what will happen at the port of entry in the following scenarios?

1) After getting the visa, if my client and location changes, what will happen at the port of entry
2) After getting visa, if my client changes but location remains same. i.e., same state but different city, what will happen at the port of entry.

In short, what will be the issues if my client and location details change after my visa is stamped.
