Hi,
My visa got expired on August 23rd. My employer has applied for extension and I got my receipt number on August 9th. When I'm checking the status in USCIS, it is showing
"Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283".
I tried with that number and again it is saying the same message.
I asked my employer and they are asking me to wait for one more month.
Please suggest.
