I am looking to apply for an L-1 visa for the USA.
I have in the past spent 8 years in the USA and have been a previous applicant of L-1 visa but due to financial difficulties, I was unable to continue with my visa. I had then enrolled in studies and continued on F-1 and then on H1 and later on my husbands F1 visa as F2.
It has been exactly 7 years since I have returned from the USA and have only been there once in this time for a visit. My business is now growing and I'd like to expand it to the USA. I'd be grateful if you can help me answer the question whether I'd be able to re-apply on L-1 visa?
