The situation is RFE requested for L1 extension. In the mean time company applied for H1, it got approved and effective Oct 1st 2011. I don't have the receipt number for the L1 renewal case and can't check the status. But, dependent's L2 got approved
Not sure whether L1 renewal is approved or not. Few questions
1) What if the original L1 renewal gets approved. Will it void H1 approval ? or H1 approval takes precendence and not to worry about L1
2) Since dependents L2 got approved, what is their status? I assume, since H1 got approved they will be under H4. Does anything needs to be done here to take care of this
Any help would be highly appreciated.
