L1B individual petition

Hi..... My L1B blanket visa got denied last month. i got a blue form mentioning cannot give visa in 221g category

Now my company is filing an L1B Individual petition.

what is the chances of my L1Individual getting through ?

I'll be paid perdiem. can a L1b individual petition be applied for a non salaried persons?

I have a BE computer science and a work exp of 4yrs 6 months. is it suffcient for L1B individual?

If my visa gets denied again will it effect my chances for other visas in
1) US?
2) any other country?
