L1 A Blanket refused under 221g and asked to submit individual petition

Hi,

I attend my interview for L1 A Visa with Blanket petition in Hyderabad. They issued a blue form which states " You blanket application is not clearly approvable" under section 221(g). Hence unable to issue visa at this time. Also I see a stamp on the blue form which says "Application received on so and so date"

They asked me to submit some more docs - which is individual petition.

My question is: Once i get my individual petition, what is the process to proceed further?

Do I need to schedule for interview again?

Or

Do I need to submit docs in VFS along with blue form?

It seems that you need to re-apply for visa again , but this time you should be applying in L1A- Individual Application not in a blanket petition.
