My company filed L1A Blanket petition for project managerial role. My stamping is on Oct-13. I heard that most of the cases VO rejects L1A Blanket and saying that " You blanket application is not clearly approvable" under section 221(g). And suggesting that go for L1A Individual. Does that mean that Project manager can't go under L1A Blanket ?
Exactly what will be the difference between L1A Blanket and L1A Individual. Please let me know if you know about this.
