Dear Experts,
I came to US on L1 B Individual visa in Nov 2007. My L1 visa expires on October, 2012.
I'm getting married in April 2012.
My employer is ready to apply my GC but the problem is they say its goona take 3-4 yrs.
They gave me another option, I can go back and after a yr. come back on L1 A visa and apply for GC.
I can't decide whether applying GC on L1 A will come sooner then applying on L1 B.
Can I apply H1 right now, as I still have one more yr on my L1 left.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks for looking.
