    Eligibility on L1A after L1B tenure (5 yrs) is completed

    Hi Sir,

    Currently I am in India and on March 30th 2011, I have completed 5years stay in USA continuously on L1B. I just want to know whether I am eligible to apply for L1A now ? without completing one year in India ?

    My role is PM
