    I-94 extension

    Hi,

    First of all thanks for this helpful forum.
    I am on L2 Visa with EAD.
    I have a question regarding I94 extension. My visa and I-94 expires on Jan 2012.Can we(my husband's company) apply for I94 extension in such situation. My husband's I-94 expires in Oct 2012.

    Appreciate your inputs.
