Hi Experts,
Can you please clarify my questions..
My L1B & I94 had expired on August 24th and my employer applied for extension .This week i got RFE from USCIS.
1.Got information like when it moves to RFE, chances of rejection is high. Is that so?
2. I got an offer with Employer B , can they apply H1 for me and what type it should be either fresh one or COS?
3.Once if my H1 is done First and what status will i hold if my L1 is approved / Rejected.
4,what if my H1 gets approved and i work with the old employer for a week.Is there any grace period?
