L1/L2 Extension denied

Hi,

My L1/L2 extension has been denied. I got to know about my denial from the USCIS website (status tracker) that the extension was denied as of Oct 17, 2011. I haven't received any communication from USCIS so far.

Can anyone please let me know latest by what date am I expected to leave the US?

If your I-94 has already expired, you have to leave immediately. If I-94 has not expired, you can stay until the I-94 date.

Hello,

In such cases will there be any issue when one goes for re-stamping as the VO can always say that even though the Visa had expired, and extension was rejected you stayed on?
