L2 visa annotation field printed wrongly

For my daughter i applied for L2 visa and she got it successfully. But in the visa , annotation field they have entered a name of a person unknown to me instead of my name

Is it always that the L1 visa holders name to be entered in the L2 visa holders annotation field?

Also will this be a problem having a different name in annotation field when entering into US?

Please let me know i am confused on this.
