employment for l2 visa

Hi,

I am an L2 holder with my visa date expired, but I 94 date for 4 yrs, the same is the case for my spouse who is in L1 visa.
I hold my EAD which is valid till 3 more yrs and is extendable.
I have got an offer to a company with my status as EAD in L2.
Could anyone tell me if they would have a problem seeing my L2 visa date?

Should not be any problem. You will of course have to a get another L2 Visa whenever you will leave the US.
