L2 EAD Renewal

Spouse L2 EAD is valid till Nov 12. We are traveling back to native from Dec 11 to Jan 12. So Old EAD will be expire due to reentry. can we apply for EAD renewal now ( Nov 2011) so that we will recieve Renewal EAD in 2-3 month. Or we have to apply EAD after comming back??

You have to apply after you come back. You have to be in L2 status to get the EAD. If you apply now and leave the country, then you are no longer in L2 status and the EAD might very well be denied.
