L1B And H1B

Hi,

I am having L1B in XX company now i am having 2years valid in L1B.
Now yy company processing for H1B.

How long can i keep H1B visa without using it.

I am not sure what you are trying to ask. If the H1B gets approved as a COS, then you are in H1B status and you need to be working for the H1B employer. If H1B is filed for consular process, then you can switch to H1B by leaving the country and returning back on the valid H1B petition and H1B visa. The expiry date will be specified in the petition.
