I am on L1b which is going to max out august 2012. I could not apply for H1 yet since my husband is on L2 EAD and working. He is trying to get his H1B.
I have applied applied for GC in EB3. and I140 is approved.
what are my choices now ?
I may not be able to apply H1 this year. If I want to apply for H1 next year and convert it before my L1B max out? ie august 2012 ?
