L1-B Max stay
Hi,
I have a question on the maximum stay period in L1 B visa. I entered USA in L1 B on May 2007, and stayed for 2.5 years with 1 month being out of USA for vacation. I came back to India on Dec 2009, filled a fresh L1 B, and entered USA in April 2010 and staying till date
So far I have completed 4.5 years in USA, out of which I was out of USA for about 5 months. How long can I stay here. Will it be until May 2012(i complete 5 yrs by then from the first day of entry) or can i stay for additional 5 months (which i was out of USA)?
The strange thing is I have a visa and I-94 valid till Jul 2013 which is an extra one year of visa. It happened due to an error in the petition that my company filed...
