Help please, USCIS premium process takes more than 15 days

My employer filed the premium request with USICS(effective starting 10/26) to expedite the I94 extension after replying their RFE on Jun, however it has been about 22 days passed and seems my emloyer still didn't receive anything, also it's still showing "Request For Evidence" on uscis website, anyone knows what I can do now?

The employer may not have properly filed it or it is possible that they have sent another RFE.

So in my experience USCIS never takes more than 15 days, because they will have to refund the premium processing fees than.

So its only your HR / immigration team who is not following up properly.

So what to do is this :

I hope you are having your petition/receipt number . Go to this link and check the status yourself.

and type your case number, and that gives you accurate details.

so most probably i am guessing they would have sent an approval or an RFE , in case of approval you are good, in case of RFE, you should follow up with you officials and teams to produce a neat evidence of your specialization.
