Regd L-H conversion

Hi,

My L1B visa is getting expired in June 2012 and I-94 in Jun 2013.

If I apply for L-H conversion next year, Will I be eligible to continue to work here during the June - Oct month timeframe as H1 will be effect from Oct month I guess.

Visa is only an entry document. I-94 determines your status. Your I-94 is valid beyond Oct 1, 2012 and hence there is no gap.

So there should not be any issue in continuing here and from Oct 2012, I can continue the same in H1B
