What is the process of opening a company and applying for L1A?
Greetings everyone,
My situation is : I came to New York on a tourist visa (because I already had one) to make a research about would it be profitable for our (ukrainian) company to open a representative here and by the end of it the result was positive.
My question is: in which order do I have to open a company and apply for visa?
Is it possible to open a representative office here and then apply for the L1A (I am a manager)?
If yes what are the steps?
If not, how do I this while I am in the country?
